At ESNCE SERVICES, LLC, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. This policy applies to all services provided by us.
Service Work
Due to the nature of our services (Plumbing, Heating, Air-Conditioning), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We stand by the quality of our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss the issue. We will make every effort to resolve the problem, which may include corrective work at no additional charge.
Deposits
Deposits for scheduled work are generally non-refundable as they are used to secure materials and labor for your project. Cancellations may be subject to a fee.
